What are the risks of water hardness?
Meaning of water hardness
Water hardness is a measure of the amount of calcium and magnesium salts dissolved in water. These salts are known as " calcium ions " and " magnesium ions ". However, water hardness is expressed in French degrees (°f). This means that the chemical term for limestone is calcium and magnesium salts(CaCO3).
N.B.: In general, having hard water at home is not harmful to your health.

how to measure water hardness?
To measure the concentration of minerals in raw water, the term TH (Titre Hydrotimétrique) is used as an indicator. There are several measuring kits available to check the hardness of your water, the most common of which are tabs, drops or measuring instruments.
