Q8 BRUNEL XF 700 SERIES (SOLUBLE LUBRICANTS)
In addition to an optimal HSE profile compared to conventional soluble lubricants, the performance of our BRUNEL XF 700 is measured, above all, on other essential aspects of your process: - Machine OEE (your improved profitability) - Lubricant consumption (a reduction for an economic and civic gain) - Lasting cleanliness of your production equipment (the peace of mind of your employees, and the satisfaction of your customers during audits) The Brunel XF 700 range is developed on a lubricant base that creates a structured film at the tool-material interface, generating real lift, This polar film also reduces lubricant consumption by draining almost instantaneously, reducing the residual on parts and swarf by over 15%, and thus generating fewer topping-up tank volumes. This rapid draining ability, the fluid's natural detergency and the absence of boron in its formulation keep your machines in a state of cleanliness that lasts over time, ensuring optimum synthetic efficiency.
Q8 BACH 7000 SERIES AND BACH XNRG (MINERAL-FREE, HAP-FREE WHOLE OILS)
The new generation of Q8Oils whole machining oils takes several parameters into account: performance and repeatability, but also the least possible impact on users and the machine environment, as well as on post-operations. The Q8 BACH 7000 series (GTL base) and BACH XNRG series (vegetable base) are available in a range of viscosities to better suit technical applications. PAH-free and made from high-purity bases, they reduce the impact on the user and machine environment (very low tendency to mist, light to translucent coloring facilitating part inspection and very low residue on parts and swarf improving oil recovery by spinning and limiting pollution of washing solutions. Q8 BACH 7000 series are compatible with and do not alter commonly used degreasers and washing systems (solvent, modified alcohol, detergents on soaking, spraying or vacuum regeneration machines). Q8 BACH XNRG series do not carry the H304 pictogram, enabling you to comply with recommendations on mist collection at lower cost. The different formulations of our Q8 BACH 7000 series and Q8 BACH XNRG series are suitable for all types of materials, from copper grades to hard materials and super alloys. Their polar lubricant film and specific formulations ensure optimum cutting conditions on emersive materials (brass and lead-free steels).
